Please join us on June 19th to celebrate the Semi-Quincentennial Sunset at Solstice!

On June 19th from 6:30 - 9:30 PM, the Seaway Trail Center will host a celebration for America's 250th Anniversary, featuring performances and talks from various local cultural groups, as well as delicious treats from local vendors! The night will culminate in a sunset viewing to be held lakeside. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Hours

In the Summer, we are open from 12 pm-4 pm on Saturdays and Sunday's.

During the Winter however, we are closed!

NYS BIRDING TRAIL

The Lake Erie Seaway Trail is one of the many spotting areas for the NYS Birding Trail! Here at the LESTC, we offer Bird Binoculars and a free birding guide for a perfect view of the Birds of Western New York! 

WHAT WE SELL

We offer a wide range of affordable items for sale, including hats, short-sleeved shirts, long-sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts/hoodies, stickers/magnets, reusable cups, coffee mugs, and tank tees. Our clothing sizes range from small to 2XL, and we have unique designs such as the Hooked on Red Fish-White T-shirts and the Lake Erie Seaway Trail with Red Fish T-shirts in gray and red. We also sell Adirondack chairs.

We collaborate with Frontier Big Picture a school dedicated to educating students on the real world. At Frontier Big Picture, students can intern at places they are interested in.

ABOUT OUR CENTER

The Lake Erie Seaway Trail Center is a hub for education and exploration of the Great Lake. Our center is dedicated to educating locals and visitors alike about the importance of Lake Erie and its surrounding ecosystem. Visit us and explore our exhibits, participate in our activities and events, and browse our gift shop for unique souvenirs. Join us in our mission to protect Lake Erie for generations to come. We are also apart of the New York State Birding Trail!
